2. Business and Educational Information Only
All information, tools, prompts, templates, training, workflows, code examples and outputs are provided for general business, educational, technical, productivity, marketing, operational and informational purposes. You are responsible for deciding whether any output or tool is suitable for your business, clients, industry, jurisdiction, objectives and risk tolerance.

Nothing provided through Prompt ToolFactory is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, psychological, employment, HR, regulatory, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice. 4. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, duplicated, non-unique, misleading or inappropriate for your particular circumstances. You must independently review facts, claims, logic, code, compliance, permissions and suitability before use.
Prompt ToolFactory currently relies on ChatGPT for important parts of the creation workflow. OpenAI/ChatGPT is a third-party platform. Changes to its models, limits, policies, sharing rules or availability are outside our control.
5. Browser Tool, Code and Deployment Disclaimer
PTF may help create HTML, CSS, JavaScript, browser utilities, downloadable project files and other technical assets. We do not guarantee that generated code is bug-free, secure, accessible, standards-compliant, compatible with every browser/device, suitable for sensitive data, resistant to tampering or appropriate for high-risk use.
You are responsible for testing functionality, mobile behaviour, accessibility, data handling, links, exports, calculations, local storage, third-party integrations and any security-sensitive feature before deploying or selling a finished tool.
Client-side controls, hidden fields, local browser storage and browser-only "password" gates should not be treated as equivalent to secure server-side authentication or encrypted secret storage.
6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Currency
We make reasonable efforts to create useful materials but do not guarantee that website content, training, prompts, recommendations, code, documentation, AI output or examples are accurate, complete, current, lawful, compliant or suitable. Technology, AI platforms, laws, advertising rules, APIs, search engines, software and payment systems can change quickly.
7. No Earnings or Business-Result Guarantee
Prompt ToolFactory does not guarantee that you will earn money, make sales, obtain clients, generate leads, improve conversion rates, reduce costs, increase productivity or achieve any commercial result. Examples of pricing, monetisation, client services, PLR, white-label use or business models are illustrative. Your results depend on your market, offer, skill, pricing, execution, demand, competition, traffic, platform changes and many factors outside our control.
You may earn nothing and may incur costs or losses.
8. Not a Franchise, Investment or Guaranteed Business Opportunity
Prompt ToolFactory is a digital business membership and production system. It is not a franchise, securities offering, investment opportunity, MLM programme, employment arrangement or guaranteed client-acquisition/profit system. Members may commercially exploit their own finished Member-Created Tools under the Terms, but that right does not make them representatives, distributors or resellers of the Prompt ToolFactory membership itself.
9. Member-Created Tools and Intellectual Property
Our Terms give members broad commercial rights in their own finished Member-Created Tools, including PLR and white-label use. However, we do not guarantee that an AI-generated or PTF-assisted output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, trademark-safe, patent-safe, non-infringing or free from third-party claims.
You are responsible for checking third-party code, fonts, images, names, trademarks, datasets, claims and other rights before commercial publication. Commercial rights in your finished tools do not include rights to redistribute Prompt ToolFactory membership materials or proprietary Factory systems.
10. Demos, Examples and Testimonials
Demos, screenshots and example tools show particular PTF use cases and are not promises that every build will have the same features or quality without appropriate user input, iteration and testing. Where fictional or illustrative example content is used, it is intended to demonstrate product function rather than represent an actual customer result.
Real testimonials or results, where presented, reflect the experience of the person or business concerned and do not guarantee similar results for you.
11. Marketing and Platform Disclaimer
Some PTF tools relate to marketing, advertising, funnels, lead generation, content, search, email or sales. We do not guarantee ad approval, platform compliance, rankings, traffic, deliverability, leads, conversion, sales, account safety, return on ad spend or campaign profitability. Platform rules and enforcement can change without notice.
12. Compliance Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of PTF, AI services and Member-Created Tools complies with applicable privacy, data-protection, AI, intellectual-property, advertising, consumer-protection, email, tax, employment, financial-promotion, professional, contractual and industry rules.
13. Data and Confidentiality
Do not submit personal, confidential, privileged, regulated or sensitive information to AI systems or browser tools unless you have authority and appropriate safeguards. Do not place passwords, API keys, payment credentials or similar secrets into ordinary prompts, local storage or client-side tool code.
Hodgkinson Publishing Ltd does not receive the contents of your Prompt ToolFactory ChatGPT conversations merely because you use our GPT. Your use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's own platform and privacy arrangements.
14. Third-Party Services
Prompt ToolFactory may depend on or link to third-party services including ChatGPT/OpenAI, ProductDyno, ThriveCart, AWeber, hosting providers, browsers and payment systems. We do not control their availability, security, pricing, policies, model behaviour, output or future support.
15. Technology and Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, member portal, GPTs, models, browser features or third-party services. We may update, replace, restrict or discontinue resources, and third parties may change or remove capabilities without our control.
16. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, inputs, outputs, tests, published claims, client obligations, security, legal compliance, data handling, tool deployment and commercial risk. Human review is required before relying on AI-generated or PTF-assisted work.
17. No Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, membership, tools, prompts, training, code, outputs and resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, performance or commercial suitability.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hodgkinson Publishing Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, suppliers and licensors are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational damage, inaccurate AI output, tool failure, security failure caused by your deployment choices, third-party platform changes or indirect/special/consequential loss arising from use or misuse of PTF or Member-Created Tools. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
